What is inside each ILC Box?

Every ILC box comes customized with your itinerary magazine, postcard, our OOO keychain, and a world of possibility! Our box also doubles as a place to store your trip mementos.

What is the size of the itinerary magazine?

The itinerary magazine is 8.5” x 11”.

Can I see what a sample magazine looks like?

Yes! Here's a sample Paris itinerary. Keep in mind this is just a sample and every itinerary is fully customized to match your preferences.

Can I order extra copies of my itinerary magazine?

Yes, if you would like additional copies of your magazine, you can contact us at hello@inlivingcoral.com after you place your order with your Order # and we'll send you a custom checkout link.

How much time in advance before my trip do you require?

The current processing time for itinerary orders for 2-3 day trips is 2 weeks. For trips 4 days or more, the current processing time is 3 weeks. After your order has been processed, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep via UPS standard shipping.

Is there an option to view my itinerary digitally?

Yes, in addition to receiving your itinerary in the form of a magazine keepsake, you will also receive a digital version that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. You will receive the link to your digital itinerary once your order has delivered.

Do you make restaurant reservations?

Yes, we make restaurant reservations on your behalf for restaurants that allow reservations and do not require credit card information to hold the reservation.

Do you book transportation / flights or accommodations?

No, we don’t book transportation / flights or accommodations. Because our itineraries are planned logistically around your accommodations, we recommend that you have them booked when you order your itinerary with us!

What if I clicked “submit” & want to change one of my survey answers?

No worries! Your travel curator will be in touch soon after you place your order to discuss your trip. You can let them know any changes you’d like to make once they contact you.

ILC covers 70+ top destinations all around the world. You can find the full list of cities here.

What if the destination I’m looking for is not on your list?  

If you don’t see your destination on our list, please e-mail us and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request!

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Currently we only offer domestic shipping in the United States.

Can I track my shipping?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with shipping information!

How long will it take for me to receive my itinerary magazine in the mail?

Can extra ILC boxes with my magazine be sent directly to other addresses?

Yes, there will be an option to ship to multiple addresses during checkout where you can specify the number of boxes you'd like and where you'd like them to be shipped.

Payment

How much does it cost?

ILC Itineraries:

$60 per day of travel, per group (up to 8 people). The first itinerary magazine and ILC box is included! If you'd like to share the ILC experience with your travel companions - each additional box is $50! (Option to add in checkout and ship to multiple locations)

Bachelorette Itineraries:

$68 per day of travel, per day (up to 8 people). The first itinerary magazine and ILC box is included! Invite your best friends to the bachelorette with our ILC box - each additional box is $50! You’ll have the option to ship to multiple destinations and add additional boxes at checkout!

Do I pay upfront?

Yes, payment is due in full at the time you place your order.

What types of payments are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can also choose to use ShopPay or Apple Pay.

Returns + Cancellations

Do you accept returns/cancellations?

Due to the customized nature of our itineraries, we do not accept any returns after 24 hours of placing your order. Any order cancellations are required within 24 hours after placing your itinerary order and you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

ILC accepts returns of all 'ILC Shop' products within 14 days of purchase in the item's original form and packaging, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.Refunds will be granted via original payment method. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
